Who you're dealing with

By buying or downloading anything from this site, you're agreeing to what's on this page.

What you're buying

The Tradie AI Playbook is a digital guide delivered as a PDF. One payment of $34 AUD gets you the complete guide, all 75 prompts, and any future updates to it at no extra cost.

There's no subscription, no recurring charge, and nothing to cancel.

How you get it

Once your payment goes through, you can download the guide immediately from the confirmation page, and a download link is also emailed to you. If either fails, email me and I'll send it straight through.

Lost the file later on? Same deal. Email me from the address you bought with and I'll re-send it, no time limit on that.

What you can and can't do with it

The guide is for you and your business. Use every prompt in it as much as you like, on as many jobs as you like, forever.

What you can't do is share the file publicly, resell it, upload it somewhere for others to download, or repackage the content as your own product. It took a long time to write and that's how it stays worth something.

If you've got mates who'd find it useful, send them to the site rather than the file.

Refunds

If the guide isn't what you expected, email me within 30 days and I'll refund you. You don't need to explain yourself or return anything - it's a digital file.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

This sits alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law, not instead of them. Nothing on this page limits those rights.

What the guide is, and what it isn't

This is a practical guide based on real experience of running and working in trade businesses. It's not legal, financial, tax, or business advice specific to your situation.

A few things worth being upfront about:

• The guide teaches you to use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude. Those are made by other companies, they change over time, and I don't control them. What they produce is their output, not mine - always read anything AI writes before you send it to a customer or put your name on it.
• Chapter 10 includes safety documentation prompts. Workplace health and safety requirements vary by state and by job, and anything AI drafts is a starting point only. Check it against your actual legal obligations before using it on site.
• Chapter 9 mentions debt recovery. That's not legal advice either - check the process that applies where you operate, or talk to someone qualified.
• Results depend on your business, your market, and what you actually do with it. I can't promise you specific outcomes.

Price and availability

The price is $34 AUD. I might change it in future, but whatever you paid at the time is what you paid - no retrospective charges.

I'll keep the site and the guide available as best I can, but I can't guarantee uninterrupted access to a website.

If something goes wrong

To the extent the law allows, my liability is limited to the amount you paid for the guide. This doesn't affect your Australian Consumer Law rights or apply to anything that can't be legally limited.

Your account and your data

There's no login or account - you buy it, you download it. How I handle your information is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version goes here with a new date at the top. Whatever version was live when you bought applies to your purchase.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
